My superpower is the ability to fuse vision with empathy and strategy: I build big, bold ideas grounded in insights. My secret weapon? A multidisciplinary view that sees all possibilities: copy, design, branding and business performance.
Fun fact: Developing strategic breakthrough ideas prompted two national agencies to create Concept Director roles for me.
I know that’s a lot of “I” and “my” language, because great work doesn’t happen alone. Empathy is at the heart of great ideas and leadership. I help teams achieve their best with collaborative positivity, inspiration, and the occasional cajoling — or donuts.
Tip: For those late-night projects, I highly recommend my pie lady. Is that bribery? Maybe.
